Ever tasted snow ice cream before? Not me either until recently. I heard about from some of the cartoons on TV.
We had some friends over last Monday for skating and dinner. Since we just had a bunch of new fallen snow we decided to try to make snow ice cream with the kids. It was a fun and tasty experiment.

This is how you make snow ice cream:
5 cups of fresh (clean) snow (it is smart to put out a bowl and collect snow when it is falling down)
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup of sugar
Let your kids slowly fold the cream and vanilla into the snow to get the right ice cream consistency. Serve with chocolate on the top
