Kale Chips

I don’t know if you remember my advise about planting Kale for your fall garden. Anyways, our kale has been growing well and yesterday it was time to harvest some of it. My daughter came home from school and she picked the kale and made kale chips with me. If didn’t grow kale in your garden this fall, you can get it in your local farmers market.

This is how you do it:
Bunch of kale
Olive oil
Sea salt

350 degrees F (175 degrees C

Preheat oven by 350 degrees.

Remove kale leaves from the stem, and cut them into pieces. Wash the kale pieces and dry them in a salad spinner.

Place the kale leaves onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil and sea salt over the kale.

Bake 10-15 minutes, until the edges are brown and not burnt.
