Outside, Rain or Shine!
After getting out in the back yard this morning for a bit of experimenting with a craft for tomorrow, we went out this afternoon to a local park for a walk, and along with us came the rain. It was a pretty steady rain, but not heavy.
In fact one of my sons refused to wear his hood and I went without for a little while, too. They love to go to this park in the rain because it juts out into the ocean. We watched the rain drops on the ocean, the commuter boats coming and going and played a lot of hide and seek in the brush on the sides of the path. We weren’t alone, two of our friends braved the weather and puddle stomped with us. It was fun to have company!
