Roll out the Ice Cream
I got a present for Christmas last year. It has just been laying around in the house. It was ice cream maker shaped like a ball.
It makes ice cream outdoors where the kids can roll it around.
As an old scout l remember doing something similar during camp time. It is possible to make it just with a plastic bag, ice and salt
How to make ice cream in Play and Freeze ice cream maker
2 cups (5 dl) Organic Cream
5 tb spoon of sugar
1 tb spoon of vanilla extract, or any other flavor you fancy.
Mix sugar, cream, and vanilla together in the metal cylinder. Fill the ball with ice and salt around in the ball. Start rolling around on the ground. Let the play begins! Roll it for 10 minutes and check how frozen it is, our ice cream was done after 15 minutes rolling.
Raspberries are in season and we picked up some at the Farmers market. We sometimes will go picking raspberries at a local farm as well, and hopefully next year we can harvest some in our garden.
Raspberry pie
1 baked pie shell
4 cups (1 L) raspberries
1-cup (250 mL) sugar
3 tbsp (45 mol) all-purpose flour
Wash and rinse raspberries.
Mix together in a bowl — raspberries, sugar and flour. Put the mixture in the shell Bake in 4oo°F (200°C) oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 45 to 60 minutes longer to filling is thickened.
